These guidelines keep Aero usable and safe for everyone. They apply alongside the terms of service. Breaking them can lead to limits on your account, which you can appeal as the terms describe.

Aero is currently invite-only while in private testing.
Aero is for people 13 and older, and teens and adults share the same space. These guidelines cover everything you do on Aero. When a new feature launches, these guidelines will grow with it.
Pick a username you would not mind being tied to. Usernames use letters, numbers, and underscores. Do not use a username that is offensive, sexual, or pretends to be another person or a member of staff.
Your profile is public. Anyone can see your username, bio, badges, join date, and whether the account is currently suspended or banned, and anyone can find you by searching your username. Your online status follows your presence setting. While you have a place open in Studio, others can also see that you are creating and the place's name, under the same setting. Past usernames stay listed; names removed by moderators appear masked to other players. Bios can be up to 160 characters and must follow these guidelines like everything else you publish.
Keep your password to yourself and turn on two-step verification. If your account is compromised, file a hacked-account ticket right away so we can help you recover it.
Treat people the way you would want to be treated.
If someone bothers you, report them.
Aero does not allow mature content anywhere. This covers chat, names, avatars, games, assets, images, audio, and text.
These rules apply to the games, assets, and everything else you publish.
Published content is reviewed when it is reported. A place that breaks these rules can be delisted: it becomes private, only you can see it, and its servers stop. You get the reason by email, on the place's page, and on your Safety page. Fix the problem, then use Request review on the place's page; staff look at the request and relist the place when it is fixed. Staff can also remove a place entirely.
Support tickets work best with one issue per ticket and enough detail to act on: what happened, what you expected, and steps to reproduce.
Reports need a link to the user or game plus what happened and roughly when. A screenshot helps. File reports through the support form, straight from the profile's actions menu, or from a game page's actions menu. Knowingly false reports waste the time meant for real safety issues.
If an intimate image or video of you was shared without your consent, use the takedown process in the terms.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Do not use Aero to exploit or endanger children. That includes grooming, sexual talk with minors, asking for or sharing sexual images, sexual extortion, and any attempt to exploit a child. Apparent child sexual abuse material and attempts to exploit a child are reported to law enforcement and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as the law requires.
Do not ask other players for personal details or photos, and do not try to move a conversation off Aero to another app. If someone does that to you, or anything on Aero makes you uncomfortable, stop and report it. Reporting is always okay, and you will not be in trouble for it.
Do not target, harass, or threaten other people. If someone breaks these guidelines, report them instead of retaliating. We may contact law enforcement about credible threats of violence or self-harm.
Do not try to break into accounts or systems, brute-force logins, or probe Aero for weaknesses. If you find a security problem, report it through a support ticket instead of exploiting it.
Do not share, sell, or trade accounts. Review your connected apps in Settings and disconnect anything you do not recognize. Only approve apps you trust.
What happens depends on what you did. We may warn you, remove content, limit features, suspend your account, or close it. Warnings come in three tiers: minor warnings expire after 90 days, standard warnings after 180 days, and severe warnings after 365 days. The clock only runs while your record stays clean: another violation pauses it until that violation clears. Serious violations, especially anything that endangers a child, can lead to immediate closure and a report to law enforcement. Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are closed.
If action is taken against your account, you can appeal through an appeal ticket on the support form, as the terms describe.
Aero published its privacy policy, terms of service, and community guidelines. They cover your data, your account, and the rules. Please read them, then accept to continue.
We updated our legal documents. Review them and acknowledge the update to continue.
