These terms are the rules for using Aero. By creating an account or using Aero, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Aero.
Pixel Development Group ("Aero", "we") runs the Aero platform at aeroengine.org. If you have any questions about these terms, please refer the support form at https://aeroengine.org/support.
Aero is currently invite-only while in private testing.
These terms, the privacy policy, and the community guidelines together govern your use of Aero. When they disagree about privacy, the privacy policy wins.
Aero is in private testing. Features can change, break, or be removed, and we may reset data, so do not rely on Aero for anything you cannot afford to lose.
Aero is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Development Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Aero, or for what other players say, make, or publish. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it.
Aero is intended for people 13 and older, and we do not knowingly allow children under 13. Signing up does not ask for your age. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we close the account.
If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must read and agree to these terms before you use Aero. By letting a minor use Aero, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms for them and is responsible for their activity. Because signing up does not ask for your age, Aero cannot tell which accounts need a parent's permission. If your country requires it, please get your parent's permission before signing up.
Parents and guardians can ask about a teen's account, or ask us to close it, through a support ticket or an email to [email protected].
While Aero is in private testing, signing up needs an invite code. Codes can expire, run out of uses, or be revoked.
Pick a username of 3 to 32 characters using letters, numbers, and underscores. Register with a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. Do not pick a username that is offensive or that pretends to be someone else.
Your profile is public to anyone meaning anyone can see your username, bio, badges, and join date, and anyone can find your account by searching your username. Do not put personal information in your username or bio.
You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your password secret, turn on two-step verification in Settings, and review your signed-in devices. If you lose access or see activity that is not yours, file a hacked-account ticket on the support form right away. Changing your password signs out your other sessions and devices.
Do not create a new account to get around a limit, suspension, or ban.
You own the games, assets, avatars, profile content, and other content you create and publish on Aero ("your content"). Aero owns the platform itself, including its software, tools, and trademarks.
When you publish or send content on Aero, you give Aero a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, and distribute it, and to make technical changes such as resizing or converting formats, only as needed to run Aero. That includes letting other players play your games, see your avatars and assets, and read your chat messages, as you set them up. Aero does not use your content for advertising or for anything beyond running the platform.
The license ends when you delete your content, except for copies we must keep for legal or safety reasons as described in the privacy policy.
You promise that you own your content or have permission to use it, and that it follows the community guidelines and the law. You are responsible for what you publish.
Players make most of what you will see on Aero. We do not review everything and we do not endorse it. We review content when it is reported. If you see something that breaks the rules, report it.
We may remove content if it breaks these terms, the guidelines, or the law, or if we need to protect players. When we can, we tell you what was removed and how to appeal.
Use Aero within the law and within these rules:
If you break these terms or the community guidelines, we may remove content, limit or suspend your account, or close it. We may act without warning for serious violations, including anything that endangers a child. Serious child-safety concerns are reported to law enforcement and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as described in the privacy policy.
If action is taken against your account, you can appeal it. File an appeal ticket on the support form with the action you are appealing, the date, and why you think it was a mistake. We aim to answer appeals within 30 days.
If you believe something on Aero infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent through the support form at https://aeroengine.org/support (choose the DMCA and copyright category). Your notice needs:
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent with your signature, a description of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located. We may restore the content in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant starts a court case.
We end the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright.
If an intimate image or video of you, including an AI-made or edited one, was shared on Aero without your consent, you or someone authorized to act for you can ask us to remove it. You do not need an Aero account. Send the request to [email protected] with:
We remove it within 48 hours of a valid request and make reasonable efforts to remove identical copies.
For any other complaint about content, such as a trademark or privacy concern, use the support form.
Aero has no purchases or creator payouts today. Before they launch, these terms will be updated with payment and payout rules.
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. Deleting removes the account, sessions, keys, and tickets with it, as described in the privacy policy, and some records are kept as that policy explains. Parts of these terms that are meant to keep applying afterward, such as the sections on disputes and limits on our responsibility, do.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
If you have a problem with Aero, contact us on the support form first and give us 30 days to try to fix it. If that does not resolve it, either of us may bring the dispute in the courts of the United States.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that cannot be waived, including consumer rights in your own country.
If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, the privacy policy, and the community guidelines are the whole agreement between you and Aero. If we do not enforce something right away, we have not given up the right to do so later.
If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date. For significant changes, we also email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Aero after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
Reach out to us through the support form for questions about these terms, [email protected] for privacy questions, and our designated agent above for copyright notices.
Aero published its privacy policy, terms of service, and community guidelines. They cover your data, your account, and the rules. Please read them, then accept to continue.
We updated our legal documents. Review them and acknowledge the update to continue.
